RallyCrew Is Hiring

RallyCrew is the online eddy where whitewater paddlers connect, plan trips, build skills, and find events. This all-in-one app is free to use and designed for every kind of boater—whether you paddle a kayak, raft, canoe, IK, SUP, or packraft. With RallyCrew, you can browse paddler profiles, create or join affinity groups, discover events around the world, and chat directly with other boaters and paddlesport providers. It is a modern, inclusive space that brings the whitewater community together in one place—finally making it easy to stay informed, make new connections, and get more time on the water.

Now that the platform is almost ready to launch, we are hiring two core team members to help us grow in a way that is smart, sustainable, and deeply community-centered.

Chief Development Officer

Our second-in-command. You will be the strategic partner to the Founder, helping lead partnerships, sponsorships, and growth initiatives that keep RallyCrew free for members while ensuring long-term sustainability. You will represent RallyCrew at industry events, build win-win collaborations, and lead revenue strategies that support the platform without ever compromising the user experience. Community Engagement Coordinator

You will be RallyCrew’s voice and vibe across all digital spaces. From sparking conversations in group threads to writing member spotlights, curating user content, and organizing talks like our Paddler Passport speaker series, your goal is to keep the RallyCrew community active, engaged, and full of stoke. This is the perfect role for a paddler or outdoor enthusiast who knows how to write with warmth, build connections, and keep the good vibes flowing. Read the full job description.
