Meet the RallyCrew Advisory Team
Paddlesport Education at the Core
At RallyCrew, we believe that building a platform for paddlers, by paddlers requires the insight of those who know the sport best. That’s why we’ve assembled an incredible Advisory Team of leaders in paddlesport education.
These are the instructors who introduce new paddlers to whitewater, help seasoned boaters refine their skills, and shape the future of the sport. Their collective experience ensures that RallyCrew is more than just a social platform—it’s a resource designed to help paddlers progress, connect, and discover new opportunities on the water.
Why Start With Paddlesport Instructors?
Paddlesport instructors are the first point of contact for many new paddlers. They understand the challenges of learning whitewater skills, what keeps people engaged in the sport, and where paddlers struggle to find resources. Whether it’s connecting with the right coach, discovering the best learning opportunities, or finding safe and supportive communities, they see the gaps firsthand.
By working with this team, we’re ensuring that RallyCrew provides real value to paddlers—whether they’re just getting started or looking to refine their skills.

What They’re Saying About RallyCrew
We asked a few of our Advisory Team members what excites them most about RallyCrew. Here’s what they had to say:
"I love that RallyCrew will create a paddler network, like LinkedIn but for organizing trips. Pair that with a 'rallying call' feature for events, and we have a real shot at growing the community and supporting causes like river access and conservation."
— Jamie Greenhalgh, Paddle 365
"I can't wait for the River Log! Right now, I track every section I've paddled in my phone’s Notes app titled ‘Rivers of my Life.’ My goal? 1,000 rivers. I live in fear of deleting it by accident! RallyCrew will finally provide a better way to track days on the water."
— Quim Fontané, European Whitewater School
"The last time North American paddlers had one online space to connect was Boatertalk—when I was a teenager! Since then, social media has fragmented paddling groups, limiting connections. I see RallyCrew as the tool to rebuild a stronger, more inclusive paddling community."
— Casey Bryant Jones, Ottawa Kayak School
More Advisors to Come
To make RallyCrew truly global and inclusive, we’re still looking for voices from Africa, Asia, and South America. We’re also eager to connect with paddlesport schools specializing in whitewater packrafting, stand up paddleboarding, and canoeing.
In addition, we’re creating a team of advisors focused on paddlesport insurance, led by Ben Morton of Precision Paddlesports. More on this at a later date!
Know Someone Who Should Be on the Team?
